Recent events in the industry have understandably raised concerns, and we want to take this opportunity to provide you with a clear overview of the comprehensive safety standards and measures we have in place to ensure a secure and enjoyable cruising experience.

From the moment you step on board, your safety is our utmost priority. We meticulously maintain our vessel and equip it with a full range of safety equipment, all of which is serviced annually and regularly tested to guarantee optimal functionality.

Our comprehensive safety equipment includes:

  • Reliable Tenders: Two high-speed tenders for efficient transfers and emergency response.
  • Four Fully Equipped Life Rafts: Serviced annually to ensure they are ready in any situation.
  • Satellite Phone: Located in the Cruise Director’s cabin for reliable communication, even in remote locations.
  • Emergency Oxygen: Strategically placed in the camera room with additional storage by the dive centre.
  • Comprehensive Medic First Aid Box: Located in the Cruise Director’s cabin and readily accessible.
  • Life Jackets in Every Cabin: Located in a drawer within your cabin, with their location clearly shown during your cabin briefing.
  • Fire Escape Masks for Lower Deck Cabins: Located in the life jacket drawer in lower deck cabins, with their use explained during your cabin briefing.
  • Highly Visible Orange Life Rings and Overboard Device: Positioned on the top deck for immediate use.
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED): Stored in the camera room on the main deck, with crew trained in its use.
  • EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon): Located on the sky deck for rapid distress signalling.
  • CCTV Surveillance: Monitoring the wheelhouse, engine room, galley, side ladder, and back deck.
  • Around-the-Clock Watch: With two dedicated crew members always on watch – one on deck and one in the engine room.
  • Early Warning Smoke Detectors: Installed in all guest cabins and throughout the vessel.
  • Multiple Fire Extinguishers and Fire Balls: Strategically located in all guest cabins and throughout the boat.
  • Effective Fire Hoses: Readily accessible in key areas.
  • Advanced Fire Suppression Systems: Installed in both the engine room and electrical panels.
  • Full Firefighting Suits: For crew use in the event of a significant fire.

Your Safety Instructions – we keep you informed

Upon arrival, our experienced crew will conduct a thorough safety briefing. This will cover everything you need to know, including the location of all safety equipment, emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and muster stations.

A comprehensive dive and snorkel briefing will be conducted on the day of arrival, emphasising safe diving and snorkel practices and procedures. A dive/snorkel site briefing will be given before each dive or snorkel.

Our Highly Trained Crew

Our commitment to your safety extends to our exceptional crew. All our team members undergo rigorous and regular training in:

  • Fire safety procedures
  • First aid and CPR
  • Emergency protocols
  • Dive rescue techniques

We conduct regular drills to ensure everyone is prepared and can respond effectively in any situation.

Important Note on Charging Electronic Devices

For the safety of everyone on board, unattended charging of electronic devices in your cabins is strictly prohibited. We kindly request that you charge your devices in the designated common areas where our crew can monitor them. Please also refrain from charging devices overnight.
